Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effect of magnetic treatment on the growth of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link.,so as to provide theoretical evidences and parameters for the application of magnetic treatment in the production of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link.hyphae.[Method] By setting different combination conditions with different magnetic intensity and treatment duration, the biological effects were studied with hyphae-weight method and the optimal magnetic treatment combination was screened out.[Result]The impact of different treatments on the biological effect were significant different, and the optimum treatment was 1.25 T/10 min.[Conclusion] The optimal magnetic treatment is obtained in this study, which provides theoretical basis for the application of magnetic treatment in the production of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link.hyphae.
