Nursing Essentials after Nasal Endoscopic Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis

Abstract

Objective To study the main points of nursing after nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods In 80 patients suffering from chronic sinusitis, retrospectively, we summarize the rules of symptom changing and the effects of corresponding nursing measures after nasal endoscopic surgery.Results Through follow-up, 80 patients have all recovered and never recur. The healing rate is 100 %.Conclusions After nasal endoscopic surgery, nursing essentials are posture adjustment, psycho nursing, vision monitoring, and nasal bleeding observing.
