The Function of Procuratorial Organs in Creativity and Its Realizing Mechanisms

For the aim of promoting creativity,the article explores the problem of the participation of procuratorial organs in creativity with multiple methods and gets the following conclusions: During creativity procuratorial organs may exert many functions such as protecting relative rights,maintaining good settings,providing multiple services and promoting creativity.For the realization of these functions,procuratorial organs need make good use of routine mechanisms,expand some special authorities and create some new mechanisms.
