Abstract
As a management behavior,management innovation features complexity, mobility and sustainability.Management innovation is the basis of scientific management and the necessity for rational arrangement of the organization resources.It is the force that keeps the social system running on and the society to develop.Systematic thinking on the innovation and the reform of the essential elements in the management process are the key to successful management innovation.
