Abstract

Vocational colleges teaching and research activities has been to the teachers as the main carried out.The purpose of the research activities to improve school practice,to solve the practical problems of classroom teaching point and carry out teaching and research activities.With the social and economic development,vocational colleges teaching and research activities should be applicable to the needs of the teaching management.Vocational colleges teaching and research activities should be teaching management team to plan and arrange the teaching and research activities,in order to achieve the effect of teaching management optimization.
