Abstract
Objective:To analyze serum levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in patients with acute viral myocarditis (VM) and determine its effects on the pathogenesis of VM.Method:Serum levels of sIL 2R and TNF were detected in 30 patients with VM and the correlation between these factors and the clinical manifestations were analyzed.Result:Serum levels of sIL 2R and TNF elevated in patients with VM,and higher serum levels correlated with severe conditions. Conclusion:sIL 2R and TNF may play significant roles in the pathogenesis of VM,its serum detection helps for analyzing clinical conditions.
