Abstract
Objective: To study the electroencephalograms of the patients with different types of cervical spondylosis with the use of neck turning activating procedure and determine the value of EEG in differentiating diagnosis of cervical spondylosis Methods: forty eight patients and 14 normal contrasts received regular and activating EEG examining and the EEGs were analyzed Results: EEGs of the patients with cervical artery type spondylosis showed the deterioration in severity after the activating tests, but no change was found in patients with other types of spondylosis or in the normal contrasts Conclusion: With the use of neck turning activating procedure EEG has its value in differentiating diagnosis of cervical spondylosis
