Abstract
To probe into the safe and effective way of puncture of internal jugnlar vein for child through comparing the technique of puncture of internal jugular vein apposition by clavicle micro-incisura with that by met-elevation anterior pathway. 105 children under the age of 6 were randomly assigned to two groups 55 in group A were treated with technique apposition by clavick micro-incisura while 50 in group B were treated through met-elevation anterior pathway. Observed and wrote down one time and general success rate, time for implementation and complications. The general success rate were 100.0% in group A and 88.0% (44 examples) in group B respectively (P 0.05). The one time success rate in group A was 90.9% (50 examsples), and in group B was 56.0% (28 examples). The time from taction and thumb for localization to put in catheter smoothly in group A and group B were (156±32) s and (258±48) s respectively (P 0.01). In group B, 3 examples were perforated arteries by mistaken and there were 2 examples had local hematom. Neither of two groups had severity complications such as panemothorax and hemathorax etc. [Conclusions] The technique of puncture of internal jugular and put in catheter apposition by clavicle micro-incisura has the characteristic including easy to localization, high puncture success rate and safe, It is one of the applicative and valued methods.
