Abstract

Based on state of the art in earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation in China,this paper points out some exsiting problems,and also presents corresponding suggestions and contermeasures.Meanwhile,new situation,concept and connotation relative to nowaday work on earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation are analyzed and the importance and emergency of the work are explained.
