Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of tertiary rehabilitation nursing on quality of life in patients with stroke patients. Methods:Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=16) and control group(n=16). After receiving the first grade rehabilitation nursing, patients in control group would accept the usual rehabilitation nursing and patients in rehabilitation group would receive the second grade rehabilitation nursing in hospital, and then received the third grade rehabilitation nursing at home with the help of nurses. All the patients were evaluated for quality of living by QOL. Results:Before rehabilitation, each score and the total QOL score of two groups showed no significant difference(P 0.05). After six months, the scores of two groups were lower, but the rehabilitation group was significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion:The tertiary rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the quality of living of patients with stroke, so it is worth of popularization and application in the clinic.
