Abstract

China government sent students abroad began in the 1870 s,in 1872 the Qing government sent young students to the United States,which was organized by the government first in the history of China. Until the late Qing Dynasty to study abroad to upsurge again,while the study of education compared with the previous study in Europe and the United States,studying in study abroad personnel structure,national trend,presents the characteristics of students management.
