Abstract
In order to grasp the occurrence law of Phyllosticta chlorospora in leaves of Euonymus bungeanus and control the bacteria development, effects of temperature,pH value and light on mycelium growth and spore germination in P.chlorospora were researched by adopting the methods of strain tissue separation, single spore separation and so on. The results show that the most suitable conditions for mycelium growth are full sunlight, alkaline(pH value 7-10) and 30 ℃,and the most suitable conditions for spore germination are full sunlight,pH value 4-7 and 25-35 ℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
