Abstract
The infection of grape white rot resulted in an increase in phenylalanine ammonia lyase activities of resistant and moderate resistant cultivars, but on the contrary to susceptible cultivars. After inoculation of Coniella diplodiella(speg.)PetrakSydow,PPO activitives of reˉsistant cultivars was markably increased and kept high activities for a long time, but PPO activities of moderate resistant and susceptible cultiˉvars increased or had a little change.SOD activity in resistant cultivars was lower than that of susceptible cultivars. After inoculation,SOD acˉtivity in resistant cultivars increased sharply, however, there was no change in that of susceptible cultivars.
