Abstract

There is a very good prospect for comprehensive utilization of tailings as the second resources.It is quite necessary to utilize the tailings effectively and reasonably and to realize the resource comprehensive utilization of the tailings.The comprehensive utilization rate of tailings is low,the technique is backward and policy support is not enough in our country.By means of analyzing comprehensive utilization status of our country tailings and problems,the concept change,technology innovation,achievements transformation and policy guidance four respects were proposed to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the tailings in our country.
