Archaeological Observation of Clothing Color in the Han Dynasty

Combing cultural relics concerning clothes,the author observes clothing color in the Han Dynasty and reaches some conclusion.Firstly,there was no obvious law of clothing color.Secondly,the clothing color grade regulation was not obvious.Thirdly,female clothes was more colorful than male's.Fourthly,the regulation of Zushou(ribbon) was truly put into practice.Fifthly,during early Western Han Dynasty,most waiters and waitress in tombs wore inside clothes with red collar,which probably meant mourning for their tomb masters.
