Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis with Self-made Qingiie Decoction

Objective Observation on the clinical effective of chronic nephritis with self-made Qingjie decoction.Methods 36 patients were randomly divided into two groups which were used in the same western medical therapy.The patients in the experiment group were treated with Qingjie decoction,while we only treated for accompanying syndromes without clearing heat and removing dampness herbs.Routine examinations were taken and changes of main symptoms and signs were recorded pre and post treatment.Results The total effective of chronic nephritis treated by self-made Qingjie decoction was 83.33%,which was superior to the effective of control group(66.67%).Conclusison The self-made Qingjie decoction could significantly promote the clinical effective of chronic nephritis with damp-heat syndrome.
