Abstract

This paper described general features,contents,function and information requirements of natural disaster emergency management system,and discussed the important role of GIS in natural disaster emergency management.The paper proposed the integration of GIS,GPS,RS and other systems to realize multidimensional and dynamic in order to provide support for natural disaster emergency management.
