Practice on Interactive Teaching Mode in Teaching English in High Schools

Abstract
The New Standard for High School English Teaching is a programmatic document established by the Ministry of Education for directing the of English in middle schools.Nevertheless,some inherent limitations make it difficult for its implementation.The mode of teaching in which the teacher and the students interact with each other is a novel idea based on the practice of experts in the circle of foreign language and research.Teaching practice shows that a way of negotiated by the teacher and the students is in conformity to the requirement by the new round of curriculum reform,and can improve the quality of English classroom teaching.
