Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of systematic nursing intervention on anxiety, depression of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with nursing intervention. Methods 160 patients with clearly diagnosed CHD in our hospital were divided into control group and intervention group, each group of 80 patients, anxiety and depression of them were evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results The scores of anxiety and depression of control group and nursing intervention group were more than the critical value(50 and 41),there was no statistical difference between before and after nursing of control group(P0.05).The scores of nursing intervention group after nursing intervention were significant statistical difference between before(P0.05 or P0.01),and they were more than the control group(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Systematic nursing could improve psychological status of CHD patients, promote recovering of the patients.
