Abstract
At present,the logistics service management level is not high in the most of China's logistics enterprises,which would restrict the development of China's logistics enterprises and the entire industry,and restrain it to play an important role in economic development.It is an urgent problem for logistics enterprises to improve logistics service management.Based on the balanced score card strategic thinking,the paper suggest the logistics enterprises should be based on customer-oriented,improve logistics services quality;optimize internal business processes,implement enterprise information-based;enhance staff quality,optimize the service team,to promote the rapid development of logistics enterprises.
