Abstract
The core of education in a new period is quality-oriented education,and the main focus on quality-oriented education is to carry out classroom teaching.One discusses deeply the methods to improve the quality of classroom teaching about mathematics in university under the background of quality-oriented education from following four aspects:preparation lesson,classroom teaching,teaching research,style of teaching.If one wants to improve quality of teaching and the ability of controlling classroom teaching,one must reinforce the combination of teaching research and scientific research and make them help each other forward,and promote quality-oriented education comprehensively in the daily classroom teaching.
