Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different methods of curosurf treatment for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 92 cases of NRDS admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to October 2012 were randomly divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group, the two groups were treated with mechanical ventilation and curosurf treatment, study group used a modified supine positive pressure closed endotracheal to injection administration;control group used multi-positional endotracheal administration. Results The PaO2,PaCO2,pH of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P0.05).The PaO2 of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the PaCO2 was significantly lower(P0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and hospitalization time of study grup were shorter than those of control group(P0.05).The medication oxygen desaturation, drug reflux, the endotracheal intubation detached incidence of study group were significantly lower than those of control group(P0.01).Conclusion Curosurf sit-bit positive pressure closed endotracheal administration can effectively reduce the medication complications, improve the effect on NRDS,it is simple and effective.
