Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of focal liver lesion.Method 25 cases of patients who had liver focal lesions with 40 lesions which couldn′t be diagnosed by conventional ultrasound were conducted contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and analyzed the characteristics of ultrasound contrast imaging. Results Different nature of lesions had different contrast-enhanced ultrasound mode and characteristics, the qualitative diagnostic accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound for focal liver lesions was higher than conventional ultrasound, the diagnostic accordance rate was 92.5%.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound has a significant value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of focal liver lesions.
