Abstract
In the academic circles Nietzsche is always a controversial philosopher.This essay commented on whether Nietzsche was a metaphysicist or not and whether Nietzsche got rid of western metaphysics or not.It also concretely analysed the attitude to the western metaphysics of Nietzsche,then came to a conclusion that on one hand he opposed to western metaphysics surely,but on the other hand he tried to make a new metaphysics.
