Abstract

Basing on the decision model of optimized mining,many problems such as government failure,trade monopoly and the external costs were found in the process of development and utilization of mineral resources in China.Defects in mining price system are really serious.Measures which can deepen the price reform of exhaustible energy resource in China should be taken to improve mineral price structure and to handle all kinds of relations.
