Observation of Shenmai injection combined chemotherapy protocols on no small-cell lung cancer in advanced stage

Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined chemotherapy protocols on life quality of patients with no smallcell lung cancer in advanced stage.Methods 60 patients with no small-cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The same NP protocol(25 mg/m2 of Vinorelbine on days 1,8 and 90 mg/m2 of Cisplatin on day 2, routine hydration and diuresis) was given patients in two groups.And cases in treatment group(n=30) were treated by Shenmai injection combined NP protocols.Dose of Shenmai injection was 60 mL/500 m L 5% glucose solution,once a day. The therapeutic course was 15 days.The effect was evaluated after two courses.Indexes of life quality,toxic action and objective effect were observed.Results The effective rate of short term was 40.0% and 36.7% in treatment group and control group,respectively.Index positive rate of behavior state and mental state in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P0.05).Improvement rate of appetite,change of body weight and average energy uptake rate in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P0.05).Frequency of Ⅲ、Ⅳ degree toxicity was smaller than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined chemotherapy protocols can relieve side effect of chemotherapy,improve behavior state,raise life quality and extend life span on the treatment of advanced no small-cell lung cancer.
