Guangzhou Population Suburbanization Process and its Pattern Analysis

Based on the data from China's third,fourth and fifth national census,this paper conducted the model study to the population density distribution in Guangzhou.The result discovered since 1982 the urban population density distribution of Guangzhou has assumed the Clark model distributes.Namely,the urban center population density is biggest,and along with to the outside distance increase,the population density rapidly reduces.It displays the characteristic of the urban development in a early time stage.
