Abstract
The adsorption and decolorization effect of acid purple dye in an open system by mould dh-B is discussed in this paper including pH,initial concentration, temperature and amount of mycelium pellets were also studied to measure/calculate/evaluate the impact of adsorption and decolorization of dye in a non-sterile condition. The results showed that 36 hours of bacteria developed when pH was 2.5,initial concentration of dyes was 50 mg/L,the temperature was 30 ℃,the pellet was 2.5 g/L(wet weight) which had the best adsorption and decolorization effect. The decolorization rate reached 95 % after 36 hours. Also, mold dh-B performed execellently with growth trends in the capacity of developing mycelium pellets.
