Research of Standard Time in Multi-type,Small Batch and Short Lead Time Production

Abstract

The author studies the standard time in multi-type,small batch and short lead time production in PCB and found that the normal method of operation research does not fi t in this production model.The author works out a new method which combined ERP system to compute standard time,which refers to two traditional methods(stopwatch mensuration and Predetermined Time System).The method computes ever product's standard time in ever workshop by using the standard expressions which gave by PE,and products’ attributes in data-base.The paper does not discuss the constructions of ERP system but the method of working out standard time.
