Clinical Value of CT Cerebral Perfusion Imaging in Cerebral Vascular Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of CT cerebral perfusion imaging in cerebral vascular lesions.Methods 384 Cases of patients underwent CT cerebral perfusion imaging and the examination results were analyzed.Results 384 patients were detected in 154 cases of vascular diseases,among them,60 cases of aneurysm,64 cases of cerebral vascular occlusion or stenosis of cerebral arteries,vascular malformation in 30 cases.Differences in the contralateral and ipsilateral and different thrombolytic treatment time in patients with MTT,rCBF,rCBV were significantly.Conclusion The effect of CT cerebral perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular disease is rapid and reliable.
