Abstract
From the perspective of the input and output, the evaluation index system and the DEA model of innovation efficiency of the cities in China has been established.Using input and output data of technological innovation from 2008 to 2010,the regional innovation efficiency of 28 provincial capital cites and municipal cities are measured, then the general trend and cites' differences of innovation efficiency between the regions are tested. The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of the cities in China is low,and the differences between regions are relatively high.Somehow low efficiency in technology and scale in city technology innovation system still exist. Therefore, through the projection analysis provides some effective suggestions to adjust the innovation system.
