On the Contributing Factors of Unemployment in our Economic Transitional Period

Abstract
At present,the main contributing factors of unemployment are that supply exceeds demand and structural unemployment etc. To solve the problem of unemployment, we should increase the demand of labor force,regulate the quantity and quality of labor supply,control and reduce the supply of labor force in the same period and in the meantime,perfect the insurance system of unemployment.
