Abstract
Sporulation and conidia germination characteristics of Tuberculina elaeagni mycoparasited of Aecidium elaeagni-umbellatae were studied.The results showed that glucose and peptone were the best for sporulation among the tested five carbon sources and seven nitrogen sources.The mycoparasite could sporulate best at 25 ℃ and pH 6,respectively.Furthermore,the light could promote the sporulation.For its conidia germination,25 ℃ was the optimum.When relative humidity(RH) for germination was above 65%,conidia could germinate and the rate of conidia germination was the highest in water drops.The optimal pH range was 5~6 and light was good for germination.Its lethal temperature was 43 ℃ for 10 min.
