Abstract
The results showed that the optimal conditions for spore germination were the 25-30℃,high moisture level and pH at 5-6.The illumination has no effect on spore germination.Maltose strongly promotes germination of the conidia compared with glucose and sugar. In addition, peptone mereased the percentage of conidia germination. In the inorganic nitrogen sources,NH4NO3 and NH4Cl could improve conidia germination.Among different trace elements,MnSO4·4H2O and ZnSO4·7H2O could stimulate germination of conidia.
