Abstract

The fingerprint of 8 new tested potato varieties in Guizhou regional test was established by SSR technology to provide molecular identification of potato variety. The results showed that 43 allelic loci were amplified,41 allelic loci were polymorphic sites and the polymorphism rate reached 95.35%.The average polymorphism information quantity and range were 0.813 0 and 0.712 8(S168)~0.886 1(S192).The amplified product section was 130~250 bp.The clustering analysis showed that 7 tested potato varieties could be classified as one group when the similarity coefficient was 0.610,and 5 tested potato varieties could be classified as one group when the similarity coefficient was 0.685,which indicates that the hereditary basis of 8 tested potato varieties was narrow, and the cluster analysis result was in good accordance with source of tested varieties.
