Abstract
To explore the genetic relationship and background of Guizhou approved and attending regional tests potato in 2012,the fingerprinting and genetic diversity of 38 potato varieties were analyzed by SSR markers. The results showed that 113 alleles were amplified by 10 SSR primer pairs among 38 potato varieties tested with 64 polymorphic alleles. And the polymorphism ratio was 57 %.Polymorphic alleles amplified by each primer pairs ranged from 4 to 12,with a mean of 6.4.The polymorphic information content values(PIC) changed from 0.1445 to 0.9370,with an average of 0.5089.At the genetic coefficient of 0.61,38 potato varieties were divided into three groups. The UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the genetic diversity of the tested potato was relatively narrow and the genetic relationship of the potato cultivars derived from the same origin was similar.
