Abstract

The distribution of CarE and AChE in body of Myzus persicae was studied to probe the enzyme activity distribution of two tested enzymes in body of Myzus persicae. The results showed that the CarE activity in head, thorax and abdomen of adult Myzus persicae were 19.80%,40.14% and 40.78%,the CarE activity in head, thorax and abdomen of Myzus persicae nymph with the third instar were 13.50%,44.50% and 42.00% and the CarE activity in head, thorax and abdomen of Myzus persicae nymph with the fourth instar was 17.51%,41.67% and 40.82% respectively. The CarE activity in head of Myzus persicae adult, nymph with the third instar and nymph with the fourth instar was the lowest and was very significant lower than that in thorax and abdomen of Myzus persicae adult, nymph with the third instar and nymph with the fourth instar. The AChE activity in head of Myzus persicae adult, nymph with the third instar and nymph with the fourth instar was 32.09%,32.00% and 32.05% respectively and was significant lower than that in thorax and abdomen of Myzus persicae adult, nymph with the third instar and nymph with the fourth instar.
