A Few Remarks on The Construction of College English Teaching Team

Abstract

Based on the college teaching quality and teaching reform project(高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程) and contemporary college English teaching situation in China,this paper aims at the construction of college English teaching team to improve the quality of college English teaching.After explaining the meaning and characteristics of a college English teaching team,the paper analyzes necessity of constructing a college English teaching team from three aspects,and continues to explore ways to build a good college English teaching team both internally and externally.
