Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate distribution of drug-fast bacteria and analyze the drug resistance in hospital infection.METHODS 1392 strains of clinic pathogenic bacteria from december in 2008 to november in 2009 were collected, the strains were identified by API system, drug sensitivity were tested by(K-B),and the drug resistance was analyzed.RESULTS 376 strains were isolated and the positive rate was 27.01%.The major pathogenic bacteria in hospital infection were Klebsiella pneumoniae(17.55%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(15.69%),Escherichia coli(15.43%) etc.Pathogenic spectrum of ESBLs producing and dimethoxy-penecillin resistant were both over 50.00%.The most Gram-negative drug-fast pathogenic bacteria were higher sensitive to meropenem, imipenem and amikacin, the most Gram-positive sensitive to linezolid, vancocin and rifampicin.CONCLUSIONS ESBLs producing and dimethoxy-phenecillin resistant pathogenic bacteria are predominant in hospital infection, resistant to regular antibiotics. Therefore it is very important to control the occurrence pathogenic bacteria of drug resistance and intelligently use antibiotics.
