Abstract

The microporous filter membrane was selected as the core measure to study the feasibility of using filter membrane and clear patch method to screen the antagonistic bacteria of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides from soil. The results showed that 9 kinds of bacteria suspected to be antagonistic to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were screened from the soil.Among them, two bacteria strains had excel-lent antagonistic activity to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. It is indicated that the bacteria isolate could be screened from soil by the filter membrane and clear patch, which had good inhibition effects on Col-letotrichum gloeosporioides. So it is feasible to inhibit the mycelial growth by using antagonistic bacteria isolated from soil with filter membrane and clear patch method.
