Abstract

156 bacteria strains were obtained from Camellia oleifera leaves which were collected from Changning of Hunan province. The antagonistic screening of endophytes was carried out that 25 strains can inhibit mycelium of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides growth markedly ;and one of them was strongly antagonistic to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides through fermentation.Strain Y13 was identified for its morphologic, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and the results show that the strain Y13 is bacillus sp..Culture tests showed it had strong antagonistic activity to 4 plant pathogens(Fusarium oxysporium,Thanatephorus cucumeris,Alternaria solani,Pestalotiopsis microspora).
