Politics & Philosophy in Hegel

This article takes issue with those Hegel interpreters who would treat Hegel's political thought without reference to his metaphysics. The author argues that Hegel's politics can never be separated from his philosophical method. In discussing the reciprocal relationship between Hegel's philosophy and politics he views Hegel's alleged "state worship" from the vantage point of his overall philosophy providing a perspective which reflects his meaning more accurately.
