Abstract
With the rapid development of the Logistics today, logistics outsourcing (also known as the third-party logistics) has attracted a lot of attention of manager's. Many companies outsource parts of their business in order to focus on their key business. While realizing the benefits of the logistics outsourcing, we should also take the risks of it into account. This paper analyzed potential risks in logistics outsourcing, using the risk matrix evaluated each risk factor and calculated Borda value and Borda sequence to find the key risks. Using this method can reduce the risk ties; provide a reasonable sorting for the company to choose a suitable Logistics enterprise.
