Gene cloning from animal cells.

Abstract

For 10 years in the past, procedures for gene cloning have been much developed and most of them are approaching completion now. Currently, evell a biginner may clone easily a gene of interest by the simplified procedures. I have reviewed gene cloning from animal cells, especially focused on its strategy, methods and cloning vectors, and proposed the first choice of methods for the construction of genomic DNA and cDNA libraries.
