Modern Ownership of Real Estate

Abstract

Disaster Law makes much of the duty rather than the right in order to achieve the objective. We are able to study the essence of ownership of real estate in this law. Based on real estate science, the function of modern ownership of real estate must shift the emphasis from the right to the duty to conquer the difficulty in our lives and activities.
