Abstract

This study of the flora in Douglas County, Kahsas, was made with two objectives in mind. The first 'was to compile as complete a list as possible of the ferns and flowering plants that occur in the county and to support this list with specimens filed in the Herbarium at the University of Kansas. The second objective was to study the individual species in the environment in which they grow and to record this information.
