Abstract
Analyses of pigment content and accumulative total at main parts of red-core radish on seven strains indicates that distribution of pigment appear unhomogeneous and obviously positive correlation at various parts of red-core radish.Flesh root is the primary part that accumulates pigment, pigment content level of root peel is the highest than that of the other parts of radish plant, the peel of root and the flesh of root are both important organization accumulating pigment.
