Land consolidation potentiality of rural residential area of Tianjin in 2020.

Abstract
The land consolidation potentiality of rural residential area in 12 districts(counties) of Tianjin was calculated by using documentary literature,and combined qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide the scientific basis for its land consolidation in rural residential area.The results show that the potential area and consolidation potential coefficient of land consolidation in rural residential area is 65762.04hm2 and 75.80% and its increase arable land area and coefficient is 41443.24hm2 and 47.77% respectively.There are three consolidation grades in 12 districts(counties) of Tianjin according to the increase arable coefficient and national land consolidation planning.The land consolidation potentiality of rural residential area is great,which can effectively relieve land contradiction in Tianjin.
