Note on proximate mineral and vitamin composition of some important varieties of mangoes of Andhra Pradesh.

A few promising varieties of mangoes \nhave recently been developed at the Government \nFruit Research Station, Kodur. These \ninclude four hybrid varieties also. It was \nof interest to determine the physicochemical \ncomposition of these varieties before \nassessing their suitability for preservation. \nThe data collected in this connection \nare presented in this note.
