Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the correlation between platelet indices and scorpion en-venomations (SE). Medical records of 76 children who were hospitalised for scorpion stings in the paediatric in-tensive care unit (PICU) between February 2013 and November 2013, and 55 healthy children who were similar to the patient group in terms of age and sex, were analysed retrospectively.
